Great
Not only the customer service is excellent: very reactive and fast shipping, but the product is great.
We used it as carry-on luggage and it ended checked-up. With the hidden shoulder straps feature it was perfect.
The space is enough for a 2 weeks trip and very comfortable to wear (around 10kg).
