    Aleon offers robust aluminium cases in classic style. Whether compact business briefcases with laptop compartment or spacious check-in models with detachable suit bag, the hard shells of all Aleon products are made of solid aluminium sheets in the best airplane quality. The durable Aleon cases with their characteristic vertical grooves are riveted and reinforced at the corners in order to provide maximum strength.

    Long-lasting and durable aluminium cases

    Aleon cases impress with their relatively light weight. Aluminium is very well suited for the production of shock-resistant and durable travel accessories: thanks to its natural properties, it is also sustainable and RFID-safe. Due to the typical characteristics of aluminium all Aleon cases are resistant to UV light and other environmental influences. The eloxidized aluminium is used in the production of Aleon cases – electrolytic oxidation is a surface treatment process which forms a corrosion-resistant protective layer. Aleon cases have other smart features that make them so practical. They are lined on the inside with water-repellent polyester lining: the rubber seal prevents moisture or dirt from penetrating into the interior and buffers by closing. The so-called piano hinges, robust connecting elements that extend over the entire case body, provide additional reinforcement for the Aleon luggage. Other typical features are high-quality, officially approved TSA locks, which are built into the case and therefore cannot break so easily – baggage management at airports is sometimes very hasty. Especially practical: the lockable telescopic handle slides down automatically when you release it.

    Business cases and cabin luggage

    The business range includes luggage with wheels as well as wheelless models. Depending on its size, an Aleon case can hold a 13" or 15" laptop. Important: The number in the case name stands for the model, not for the size of the laptop compartment. For example: A 15" model offers space for a 13" device, while a 15" laptop fits into a 17" business suitcase. A convenient trolley strap, a removable organizer and an adjustable shoulder strap are optional features. In addition to agile wheels, some models also offer convenient vertical opening for a better overview. The smallest cabin luggage "for under the seat" has a volume of 13 litres and is equipped with four double wheels. Because the wheel system is attached to the body and is not embedded in it, these compact cases offer more space for all your stuff. Larger versions of the cabin luggage provide up to 34 litres of volume and feature a removable business organizer with a padded gadget pockets. Some models are equipped with an elastic trolley loop for secure attachment to bigger Aleon cases. There are also variants with removable suit bag or detachable packing bags to choose from. Compact equipment cases are a special case of the Aleon luggage: These versions are designed for the transport of valuable pieces like photo accessories, measuring instruments etc. The removable wheels also make them a reliable storage option.

    Check-in luggage with lots of storage space

    Aleon luggage, which is intended for baggage check-in, offers up to 90 litres storage capacity. Aleon aluminium cases in this size are characterized by manoeuvrable 360 degree wheels, a sophisticated compression packing system and an additional carrying handle on the side.
