These initiatives include the prohibition of child labour, the guarantee of minimum wages, the abolition of forced labour, the provision of health care in the workplace, compliance with national working time laws and the elimination of all forms of discrimination. In addition, the brand attaches great importance to environmental and safety issues, as well as guaranteeing freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
Hey Marly relies on smart upcycling, particularly in the manufacture of its bags, to make production sustainable and environmentally friendly. Recycled leather is used instead of heavily chemically processed artificial leather, and existing resources are utilized.

About Marly

In the summer of 2007, Paula and Philip Neidhart experience an exciting day in Sydney, full of sunshine and discoveries. In the Wharf Bar in Manly, they meet Marly, who energizes the whole bar with her energy. The connection between them is immediately clear and familiar. Marly epitomizes Paula's summer self, full of energy, curiosity and creativity. Inspired by this encounter, she founded her own label "HEY MARLY" in 2018, which stands for the feeling of summer underfoot and in the heart. The innovation lies in sandals with an interchangeable concept. This idea quickly proved successful and the range was soon expanded to include bags and other accessories.
