    Patagonia is an activist company according to the brand definition: the US brand is one of the pioneers of environmentally friendly production. Completely in line with the brand mission "We're in business to save our home planet" is the change to organic cotton – and this already in the mid-1990s! Avoiding the use of chemicals improves soil quality and promotes biodiversity in the relevant areas. Other materials such as nylon or polyester also come from sustainable production or recycled materials, such as plastic bottles.

    The outdoor brand offers functional backpacks and bags as well as models suitable for everyday use and travel items. Whether outdoor, everyday or travel, all Patagonia products are unisex in design; most of them can be stored in their own pack bag. The technical backpacks of the brand trump with functional design, so hiking backpacks have holders for sticks and equipment as well as a drinking system device. Standard features such as hip and chest straps, wide, ergonomic shoulder straps and contact or mesh backs are also part of the functional design. They have a volume of 55 to 120 litres and are equipped with reinforced carrying handles, practical daisy chains and additional shoulder straps. The 2-wheel-trolley from Patagonia is available from just 40 litres in volume: thanks to its pull-out telescopic handle, back reinforcement and water-repellent outer material, it is a reliable travel companion.
