Very nice bag, shoulder strap too short to go under your arm. So has to be hand held or cross body

Rating Bag was great delivery was a nightmareThe bag was perfect and had no issues but the delivery left a lot to be desired. I ordered this bag specifically as it would arrive in time for a birthday but this did not materialise as the driver made no effort to deliver the parcel yet claimed he had tried. I know this was not true as I waited in all day for this bag as I needed it that day.
