Best-Price Guarantee

wardow.com aims to offer its customers always the best price for its entire product range. Therefore, we provide our Best-Price Guarantee. Should you find your product at a more favourable price within 14 days after your purchase, we refund the differential amount.

For our Best-Price Guarantee, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Before you can use our Best-Price Guarantee, you must order at wardow.com.
  • It has to be the identical product (i.e. same version, size, colour, material, features etc.).
  • The purchase was less than 14 days ago.
  • The Best-Price Guarantee is only applicable to products offered online. Stationary trade offers are excluded from the Best-Price Guarantee.
  • The refundable difference amounts to at least €1. The price difference refers to the regular price of the product excluding discounts, vouchers, special offers or other promotional actions.
  • The lower pricing vendor has it’s headquarter in Germany.
  • The more favourable offer must not be from an internet auction site (e.g. Ebay) or shopping-club.
  • The respective product is immediately available, i.e. is dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Additional cost, such as shipping costs and VAT are also taken into account. The whole ordering costs are considered.
  • The Best-Price Guarantee is only available once per purchased item. Therefore, in case of larger quantities or reorders you can use the Best-Price Guarantee only for one product each.

In order to use our Best-Price Guarantee, please send us a proof of the comparative offer via e-mail (link or photo) to service@wardow.com. Afterward, we will check the alternate offer and refund the differential amount. The use of the Best-Price Guarantee excludes further price reductions such as, for example, promotion codes.
