Great quality, apart from the buckle!
Overall the quality is fantastic, really well made, but there are a few minor flaws - the buckle for the shoulder strap doesn't stay closed! Luckily the shoulder strap is the right length for me (although it could be a fraction longer) so it doesn't really make a huge difference. The inside laptop pocket could also do with some velcro to keep it from sagging inwards.
Apart from that, my only regret is that I didn't buy a large bag instead of a medium.
