Beautiful bag
Bag looks much nicer in person. Glad to have bought it on sale. Packaging wasn’t the best but I did raise it with customer services and response was quick.

The perfect bag
Bought this as a gift for my partner, she was over the moon with it. Quality of the bag is amazing and well made. Very happy with the bag and the service from Wardow. Great price! Delivery was super quick and no additional charges for delivering to UK.

Over all good experience
It was an amazing bag in amazing price. My only problem is when delivery they said I have to pay the custom charge which I contact the company good customer service I was told they will give me full refund after I paid it and need the full proof of payment, I paid £82.25 but I was only refunded £71 they gave me some reason that they donot cover something.. so but it was because I’m in uk and they deliver from Germany. But bag was genuine
