I had a beautiful Radley bag and couldn’t find the matching purse anywhere and then this company came up on my search engine and had the purse in stock at a really competitive price. I didn’t hesitate and ordered. It wasn’t until after that I checked reviews and there were a few negative. I too didn’t realise that the company wasn’t in the UK, but that didn’t affect the excellent service that I received. My purse arrived just over a week later, it was beautifully wrapped and I was overjoyed. I was informed every step of the way regarding my delivery and the service I received was 5 star. If you are in doubt, pay via PayPal or Credit card so if any discrepancies crop up, you are protected. Personally, I would highly recommend this company.
