I DO NOT RATE THE BAG AT ALL, I RATE WARDOW
I bought this bag 2 years ago and it had a faulty seem and ripped apart where the strap joins the bag. Wardow accepted photos as proof and refunded my order once I had returned the bag for a full refund. I ordered the bag from elsewhere just in case Wardow had a faulty batch and this time the zip became separated the first time I used it. Just steer clear of this bag, but Wardow have exceptional customer service so I would use them again
