The bag is made with a very good quality material, definitely showerproof, and has nice organisation inside with different types of pockets. The front pocket is a nice size for phone, face masks, or whatever else you need handy. Laptop or a big notebook fit well inside, and the straps are comfy and padded so even if you have a heavier load it stays comfortable. The size is perfect for me - big enough to fit everything you might need in the day, but not huge and bulky. The colour is lovely, not too bright but also not boring.
The only thing I find annoying is the outside side pockets: they aren't really big enough for a water bottle, and because they lie flat along the bag, they just 'use up' the space inside the bag if you put anything in them.
