Very satisfied
Exactly what I wanted, a compact bag that can still hold a lot. I especially like being able to adjust the straps at the side to expand or reduce the volume, and the fastening across the chest is excellent for taking some of the weight. If I could make any changes, I'd add more padding for the laptop pocket and some more flexibility in the straps so they aren't as pinched when pulled tight. A few security features too would be ideal, but for the purposes I bought it for (commuting to the office) it's great. While the colour wasn't my first choice, I've gotten several compliments on the looks as well.
