The backpack is beautiful, love the leather details and the boxy shape. The laptop compartment is super handy to keep laptops/tablet separate and secure. The main compartment is quite spacious (but not hugely so, so it's more of a work backpack in my opinion - rather than for travelling). The main flaw is the lack of inside organisation and structure, but I solved that issue by buying one of those "backpack organiser inserts" that you can find on Amazon (some of them are specifically designed for Kankens). The added bonus of using one such insert is that it allows the backpack to retain its boxy shape even when it's not completely full - I hate the look of a saggy Kanken! Overall this backpack is perfect for me as it holds just the right amount of things without being oversized, and as it sits nicely and "tight" against my back (my previous backpack was kind of too big and overhanging, which gave me back pains). Plus, it looks great while at the same time being sturdy and practical.
