If your favourite companion gets dirty, try to clean it gently with a damp sponge or cloth. You can also wipe the inside with it. It is best to clean the bag or backpack after each use. Cleaning is particularly recommended after contact with salt water: seawater is considered very aggressive and can impair the product or its waterproof effect. Also, take a look at the fasteners: they should be free of stones, dust, etc. If necessary, brush off light dirt gently. When you pack your waterproof bag away or use it again, it should be completely dry.
