1. Advance Payment:

You order and transfer the inovice amount to the below-mentioned bank account. We will wait for the receipt of your payment and will deliver your order as soon as the products are deliverable and when received your transfer.

Please notice that bank transfers will (even online) last 1-3 working days plus one day for internal booking . On urgent orders you should not pay by advance payment!

2. Cash on Delivery (COD):

You have the possibility to pay per C.O.D. within Germany. You will pay cash to the postman upon delivery (C.O.D. - Cash On Delivery). Please note that since 2002-01-01 checks are no longer accepted.

3. Paypal:

PayPal is an online payment service which you can use to pay your purchases easily and fast by credit card. Sign up for a PayPal account and you can instantly send payments online using your your credit card.

Before you finalize your order, PayPal asks you in a separate window to arrange for the payment. Once this process has been completed, you finalize your order at WARDOW.com. As soon as PayPal informs us about the receipt of payment and your product ordered is available, we arrange immediately for the delivery.

By the way: You do not need to be a registered PayPal customer to use this payment method. You can also sign up for a PayPal account during the payment process.

For security reasons your order will be exclusively delivered to the address of your PayPal account. It is not possible to use a different shipping address or to use a DHL packing station.

Delivery Options

DHL Standard:

One attempt at postal delivery (by Deutsche Post AG, freight mail) is made on a workday. Successful delivery is to be confirmed and signed.

Expensive parcels are handed out only if you present an ID card and, if you are acting by proxy of the addressee, a letter authorising you to accept postal deliveries.

If you are not in, the officer leaves a notification card telling you when and where you can pick up the parcel. The delivery is kept there for 1 week. To collect the delivery, please keep to the post office opening hours (usually including Saturdays) and bring the notification card plus your ID card (and authorisation as appropriate). After that time, the package is returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed.

If you ticked "cash on delivery" (COD) as the method of payment (German customers only), the invoice amount (plus Euro 2.- fee) is paid cash to the postman or, if you collect the parcel from the post office yourself, is paid cash or by EC card there. Only then will you be given the package. Since January 1, 2002, Eurocheques are no longer acceptable. The Euro 2.- collection fee is not stated on the invoice. Please ask the post officer if you need a receipt for it.

Shipping charges depend on the weight and goods value of the delivery and its destination. Our Shopping Cart let you calculate the charges for every delivery.

Transport Damage

In case the package is obviously damaged at the time of delivery (box ripped open, damaged or wrapped up in plastic), open it while the carrier is still there and compare its contents with the items on the delivery note! If you find any discrepancies or if the goods are damaged, ask the carrier to confirm the fact in writing and send us a transport damage notice.
