What forms of payment do you accept?

ANSWER: We accept payment by credit card through PayPal and advance payment. Customers in Germany have the option to pay cash on delivery. For full details, please view our payment options.

Do you accept international orders?

ANSWER: We will ship all over the world. Deliveries to customers outside Germany may take a little longer.

How much do you charge for shipping?

ANSWER: DHL Standard shipping to anywhere in Germany is only 7 EUR per order and 20 EUR for anywhere in Europe. There are additional charges to ship outside Europe and to express ship orders. See our complete shipping rates or international orders policy for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

ANSWER: WARDOW.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. We can deliver our whole range directly from stock, i.e. normally within one to three working days. Should some of the goods not be available we reserve the right not to deliver them. In this case you will be informed without delay. You can then decide whether you are prepared to wait for a later delivery or look for another item. If this is not the case we shall return any payments immediately.

To check the status of your order, simply click on "Account" at the top of any WARDOW.com page and go to "My Orders".

Say if the item I received is incorrect or damaged?

ANSWER: At WARDOW.com, we offer only the best brand names and the highest quality goods. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary).

If you receive a damaged package, please issue a damage confirmation claim in presence of the postman. This notice is a condition for each payment of damages.

How long do you provides warranty coverage?

ANSWER: We provides warranty coverage of at least two years from the date of purchase on all of its products. Excluded from the guarantee is any damage arising from normal wear and tear, lack of proper handling, and insufficient or incorrect care and maintenance.

What is your return policy?

ANSWER: We wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you're not satisfied with what you've bought, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund less shipping costs. No questions asked, as long as the item's is unused and in its original condition. You will find further information to our return policy under Terms and Conditions. Please inform us by e-mail about your return. All returns must be insured and sent with a 'signature due upon receipt'.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. However the delivery charges will not be refunded. For payments by PayPal, the purchase amount will be credited to your account. Refunds are usually processed within one week after the goods are received back at WARDOW.com.

What if I can't find the item I want on your site?

ANSWER: We constantly search Europe for the best & most reasonably priced bargains of the fashion world. We want to help you find the perfect item. If you do not find it on WARDOW.com, please send an e-mail including all information (brand, description, size, color, material, referenz oder modelnumber, price etc...) to our Customer Service. If we can obtain this article, we make a noncommittal offer to you.

Will you be ordering more of my favorite item?

ANSWER: Our team of buyers search throughout the fashion world to provide you with terrific merchandise and values. Unfortunately, products we carry may only be available to us in limited sizes and quantities. We apologize for this inconvenience; however, we are constantly updating our product offering. Make sure to stop by often in order to see our newest selection of items.

How do I use a promotional code?

ANSWER: To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:

  • Please click on the link in the promotion e-mail. If you don't have a per sonal account on WARDOW.com, you have the possibility to open a customer account.
  • After you add an article to your shopping card, you can enter the coupon code in the blank and click "redeem".

ANSWER: If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's e-mail address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:

  • Directly under the point "Your account" is a link that says "Password forgotten?"
  • You will be taken to the password form, where you will be prompted to enter in your e-mail address and a security code
  • Once you've typed in your e-mail address, click the "contine" button
  • An e-mail will be sent with a link inside; for security purposes, you have to click the link
  • A further e-mail will be sent with a new temporary password
  • Log back onto the site and continue to shop
  • You can change your temporary password by clicking on "Change my Password" under Account
